VENDORS ONLY: 50 Shades of Brown Networking Event

50 Shades of Brown Vendor Terms and Code of Conduct:

ALL. VENDING. FEES. ARE. FINAL.

50 Shades of Brown will have 15 vendor tables showcasing 15 black-owned-businesses throughout the duration of the event. All businesses are welcomed, and encouraged to bring as much inventory as they can to show and sell at the event. All types of products are welcomed with the exception of any illegal drugs or firearms. I encourage all participating vendors to bring a catalog or portfolio of their products/services to show as well along with business cards!

Each vendor will get a table, two chairs, a meal, and a gift bag.

All participating vendors must pay their table fee upon registration and email a PNG and JPEG version of their logos to the email below with-in 24 hours of registration, if you fail to send in your logo you will be removed from the vending list (contact me via email if you have any issues):

After your registration has been processed, and you have emailed your logo you will receive a flyer with your logo printed on it to post and advertise however you see fit. 

Please attend the event in the preferred event color(s): browns, nudes/neutrals. I will have prepared name tags for each vending business owner and would like for you to keep your name tag on throughout the event so that attendees will know who you are with ease.

All vendors are expected to attend the event and conduct themselves with professional behavior at all times. There is to be no horseplaying, or disorderly behavior from anyone during the event.
