Ordering: When ordering, please be sure that you read the product description, as some products have certain valuable information to consider prior to item purchase.
Processing & Shipping: Please allow up to 72 hours for order processing and 2-3 days for shipping. My turn around order times are usually quicker than this, however, sometimes things happen, and I am one person handling my business. If anything changes, or times are longer, there will be an announcement made either on the site, via email, or personally to you. I offer standard and express shipping, items are sent via USPS. You will receive your tracking number in your "Order Shipped" email.
DJVRYN Items: Before ordering these items please understand that majority of these products are made by hand. Therefore, the processing and creation time may (not always) be a few days longer than usual. At MOST anywhere between 9-11 days as some items have to be ordered for creation. If you want an item in a rush time please fill out a contact form and ensure that your desired items are in stock before purchase!
Returns/Exchanges: I do NOT offer Exchanges on Lingerie! The ONLY accepted reason(s) for Lingerie Returns is if you receive the wrong size, or your item is damaged upon arrival which is very unlikely as all items are very carefully checked during the process of getting it from me to you.
I do NOT offer returns or exchanges on clothing items! Please be sure to double check your order when purchasing! However, during the processing time, if you would like to change a shipping address or size, please fill out a contact form and I will make the change if I am able to.
If for any reseaon you need to return an item, I will pay the return shipping fee.
